The Hidden Value of Community

But in a town like Orinda, there is another layer of value that is harder to measure, and often even more meaningful. It is the value of community.

It is the feeling of running into familiar faces at the farmers' market, cheering on students at a game or performance, gathering at the park, or watching generations of families come together for beloved Orinda traditions. As both a resident and Realtor, I see every day how much lifestyle and community matter when people are deciding where to live. Buyers are not just looking for bedrooms and bathrooms. But it is one of the most important things you are buying when you purchase a home here.
